Makena Tourney UPDATE
This tourney is one of the gang from Santa Cruz' "No Attitudes" tournaments.
The idea is to have fun, make new friends and enjoy some beach volleyball.
On Sunday the tournament is a 4 person tourney with the proceeds benefiting the Terry Fox Foundation. Monday is a Co-Ed tournament and Tuesday is a mens and womens 2 person.
Registration for all events is at 8:30 am.
Entry fee for the 4 person is $25 per team, while the entry fee for the 2 person both co-ed and men/women's is $20 per team.

Because of the "no attitude" nature of the tournament there are no cash or other prizes being awarded... The idea is to have fun! I am not running this tournament, but have been asked to coordinate the Maui players end of it.
Money raised from the Maui end of the tournament will be donated to a local charity.
NOTE: Only one player per team allowed with a current or past beach rating.
KANAHA BEACH SERIES 2001-2002
From Oct. '01 thru June '02 there will be a volleyball tournament
on the last Saturday of every month at Kanaha beach Park on Maui.
The entry fee will be $25 per person per event.
Each tournament will vary in format, but they will all be pool play
or round robin to insure participants the maximum number of games possible.
Entry fees will be distributed as prize money to the top 3 teams at each event.

- December 29,2001- Co-ed doubles
- January 26, 2002- King & Queen of the Beach
- February 23,2002- Men's & Women's doubles
- March 30,2002- A/B draw doubles

- May 25,2002- Men's & Women's doubles
- June 29,2002- King & Queen of the Beach Invitational
